Most people care about what they do.
Most people don't sell burgers at the Fontana speedway.
The only redeeming quality was that it didn't taste like anything. Err, let me take that back. It tasted like the ketchup, mustard and mayo I put on it. I'm really glad that it didn't taste how it looked...
I would describe the overall experience as similar to chewing on a sock. Not necessarily a dirty one; but a cheap one for sure. A cheap one made in Fontana.

Mosport
According to wikipedia, "Poutine" is a "dish consisting of French Fries topped with fresh cheese curds, covered with brown BBQ chicken gravy and sometimes other additional ingredients.
It tastes exactly like you think it would. In fact I can feel my heart slowing down just thinking about it. This is one heavy dish (much like Tony Stewart) not for those with heart conditions (probably much like Tony Stewart too).
The fries were hot and freshly cooked. They had a seasoned crunchy outside and a hot tasty inside... the cheese was most likely a generic shredded mozzarella and the brown stuff seemed to be a beef gravy of sorts. I'd totally recommend that you try the dish if you've never had it, and heck the Mosport version is pretty good.
On a side note, the Mountain Dew in Canada is caffeine free.

Lime Rock
Lime Rock is a darn pretty race track. For me, its just behind Mid-Ohio in the fall.
I forgot my SLR when I was eating, so you'll have to deal with pictures from my phone. The other pics were taken properly though.
I had the privilege of arriving at the track a day early and was able to take in the ambiance before the crowds arrived. This included eating in the small lunch table area with out the crowds... I treated myself to a freshly made Philly Cheesesteak sandwich which was recommended by the lady behind the counter.
I went ahead and added a little mayo because I'm that type of person. The sandwich was pretty good. The meat was wonderful and not overly seasoned, while the peppers were fresh and brought the right amount of spice. The onions were caramel colored and grilled to tenderness.
My only complaint resides in the bun. Man oh man... this bun was dry and lacked any character. Very similar to Kimi Raikkonen in a press conference. It tasted like they were left out on the counter for a day... however by the end of the sandwich the "cheesesteak runoff" had soaked into the bread making the bun much more enjoyable. So, if you are in Lime Rock I do suggest the cheesesteak, but just take your time eating it.

Long Beach: King Taco
Perhaps the best value at the LBGP is a burrito from King Taco. After waiting in line for an obscenely long time I was treated to a chicken burrito “with everything on it.”
The first few bites were tasty. However the burrito was far from a homogeneous mixture. One bite provided a mildly salty piece of chicken while the next was a mess of cilantro and onions. I was also sure that I had at least one bite of just jalapeno and tortilla.
At about halfway through I noticed that my burrito was leaking fluid much like an overexcited puppy. Overall this burrito reminds me of Paul Tracy’s career; promising at first, moments of greatness, but mostly just sloppy and mean.
